QUESTIONABLE CREDIBILITY OF VYAPAM

Madhya Pradesh the 5th largest state in terms of population having 77.9 million inhabitants, 28.35 lack are youth(19-24 yr) i.e. they are in search of jobs, being hub of engineering colleges capital of the state termed to be dream city. students dream of being a professional get placed in a renowned company but opposite happens here..!!
Even the well known govt run organisations have failed to give that placement facilities. so, at the end each and every youth have to rely on the state professional examination board i.e. VYAPAM-vyavsayik pariksha mandal
vyapam was constituted with confusion over its status, which persists till date. The govt notification of 1982 declared that it would not be responsible for any act of vyapam. However the status of the board as a govt department of M.P. during various inter departmental deliberations is clear.
The posts of chairman,director & controller of the board were filled by the transfer of state govt officers and govt funds were utilized at the instance of the govt despite this the govt didn't frame any rules regarding conduct of board examination, buisness of board, collection and control of deposit of fees and financial procedures.
The state govt didn't take any remedial measures by framing rules/regulations to prevent irregularities even after vyapam reported some cases of irregularities in conduct of exam. There were no evidence that the govt ensured the integrity of IT based system used in exam. Simply the future, money and trust of thousands and thousands of youth were at stake, some of the officials have accepted that a heavy bribe works out within the organization.
well, this was clearly viewed in that horror 'medical scam',who ate more then 40 persons life & how M.P turned out to be a fake doctor's factory another instance was there when, the name of wife & brother of CM was put forward, Be it dumpers scam or alleged illigal appointment through vyapam of 19 constables from gondia her home district in maharashtra, or alleged patronage to mining mafia Ms. chouhan has been a controversial figure.
Although CM have bring enterpreneurship development, kaushal vikas yojna and many more but their benifits seems unreal at ground level and at the end that unit turns out to be a new income source for politicians.
The credibility and exhibition aren't visible may it be constable recruitment, sub inspector, subedar grade, patwari, jail prahari, mahila bal vikas, aanganwadi and much more. after the results every youngster felt cheated..  as if something other then their marks have played the key role.. but why..?
Is it the lack of trust amongst youngsters for PEB  or in actual it has lost its credibility & turned out to be a shop for political units whose work is just to maintain that bank balance whatever be the cost..!
killing hopes.. killing dreams.. killing jobs.. simply playing with the mental status of thousands of youth who regret to live in M.P.
