Bhartiya janta party entered into the political war with a covenant of evicting felonious slaughter houses by doing this they added one another milestone to their pro-hindu image, After taking oath on the very 5th day in office the 'sadhu CM Mr. yogi', The mahant proved that he wasn't talking in air and ordered his forces to slam these abattoir's and reject their license too..
by fortune cow slaughter in India is illegal but Buffalo slaughter is legal, U.P being the biggest exporter of meat accounting 19% of the total as a result employing 25 lack people's directly or indirectly. well on papers there are 72 abattoir's across india in all and out of which 38 are in UP according to UP pollution control board on NOC's issued.
But as UP is esteemed as the biggest producer,consumer & exporter of meat so is it possible that these 38 abattoir will suffice the demands..?
No, beacuse on an average 300 to 3000 livestock are slaughtered daily at these abattoir's, they slaughter Buffalo, sheep & goat which have became spent for their owner's/farmer's, especially hindus , but all the meat obtained from this is exported, Indias meat is mainly imported by gulf countries cz of 2 reasons as they are cheap and next thing muslim communities are assured that it is halal, slaughtering manner considered ritualistically appropriate, then how does the local demands are fulfilled..?
for them comes the illegal market or standalone slaughterhouse.
In any government run slaughterhouse there is a certain quality measures, hygiene value and type meat measurement hence this makes that a bit costlier but in an standalone slaughterhouse there's nothing such steps hence it becomes cheap and easily available they dont circumspect for skimpy hygiene.
Actually to be the owner of a abattoir in UP you must go through several stages,the owner's are bound to furnish documents relating to the layout of premises,NOC from state pollution boards, permission from municipal authority to operate the unit but there's nothing such blunder in illegal one.
In some parts of meerut this was registered that people's are getting red water from the handpump this rosed a war like situations and at the end it was established that this is due to the waste excreted by the slaughterhouse which is being disposed freely,"slaughterhouse are kept in red list" as they create so much pollution either it be the solid waste or the liquid its all baleful for the environment and the people's too..!!
anyways, the pollution of UP isn't a camouflage anymore.
after the cancellation of license and shutdown of those illegal units it was thought that something would happen but now it was the turn of police to take the show away they started alloting license to those who payed them high..!!
simply they started to take BRIBE, yes bribery played the key role the illegal market was streaming again and this time due to police officer's after so many tutelage from yogi ji they blown his image..and proved him wrong on ground level it is being said that an officer said that after demonetization we lost our bank balance so by doing this & slamming high fine will let them to fill those accounts again...!!
slaughtering has always been a matter of concern its a psychological hammering many saint went on strikes for banning cow slaughter, but what about buffaloes and other animals many jain monk kept fast till death but nothing much happened this was a great step by yogi jii but not by his lower units..
This has always been the problem with BJP ever since its existence,they have never been able to Handel the power either their leader's doesn't live up to those standards or their subordinates, whats in their fate can be just wait and watched although they don't have any stronger opposition right now but they must not forget that India is a democratic nation it will not take time to establish any revolution. dictatorship or that so called 'GUNDA RAJ' will not work here you will have to look out for these loopholes and must not take them lightly cz at the end these small issue's will make a big big difference.
