In the name of anti-reservation campaign, against the ST/SC prevention of atrocities act, the widespread protest which was previously there during April resulting in violence and death of more then eleven people's
The objective of the law emphasize's the intention of the govt. To deliver justice to these communities through proactive effort's to enable them to live in the society with dignity and self esteem, without fear- or violence or suppression from the dominant class..
Well... Much of this upliftment has been done and enough of this dignity saviour act.. now the dominant caste people needs upliftment..!!😂 Cz they have now been suppressed
Cz this stinging right is wrongly been used as a tool against the upper caste people..
This law has been mooted alot, over since it's enactment initially for the upper caste people's who were mercilessly put beside bars even without doing the crime and how come anyone who's arresting the person know that he/she is guilty, because this great law professes that firstly you'll be jailed, that too unbailable.. the there comes the investigation and if you aren't guilty you'll be released, although your year long dignity is barbarously nixed.
But this was ordered to be prevented by supreme Court, that bill wasn't passed by the houses rather this was presented among people's as if reservation is removed.. so resulted in violence...
This audacious government which have always tenaciously taken every decision irrespective of its result bowed down in front of this one, government proposed that the law will remain unaltered.. it means the upper caste people will continue to suffer and this disapprobation needs to be condemned.cz this wasn't expected
Tommorow's protest needs to be supported..🙌
And the lower caste people being literated and enough being uplifted, need to understand that this structure or the class division is not taking us towards a better future, deserving people are heiniously being opressed.. and we want a healthy society.. the hatered spread all around in the name of class division Hinder's this idea of Healthy society.. which Is a lethal acid to the system.
Let's sit and talk Cz if baba saheb ambedkar would have been alive he too will surely not supposed this sort of reservation 🙌
