WOMENS: JUST PUPPETS..?

I have started writing this article with imagining or having two equally opposite images in my mind and we as women's somewhere co-relate with both of these images, the one of that bold Avani chaturvedi flying the fighter jet, or more recent the permanent commissioning of womens in armed forces and the other one being the remarks of few of the intellectuals whom i would rather call psudo intellectuals, number one being the RSS chief, saying "there are raising number of divorces now because with education and affluence comes arrogance, as a result families fall apart" and the other one being that remark by the so called Saint on menstruations.."saying if women's will cook food for their male counterparts while menstruating they'll become bitches", the moment I heard this statement my reaction was - well we already are...!!

Ok so I'll be complaining more then appreciating in this segment, because there are few stereotypes people have made up in their minds to push us again to those backyards from where we'll not dare to retaliate to their intentions of curbing us,

According to Mr. Bhagwat, educating womes means making them arrogant.. if asking for their rights or taking stand for our own is arrogance then we better have it, womens have for long been the face behind curtains.. even if they share an equal half in their male counterparts victory or achievements, I guess situation was way better in ancient times when, instead of prevailing patriarchal system, it was mandatory for womes to be self sufficient.. contrary to now where we are blaming their outspoken nature, demanding or responding nature, 

these males have now realised that it's not their golden old days when there was no such system of divorce, and they can throw women's out of their lives anytime.. for anything even for a false rumor.. (see sita)

Womens were burnt alive on their husbands funerals but why not men's be burnt alive on there late wives pyres,

Thank god womens are getting educated and are no longer helpless, they can take a stand for themselves and shed there unwanted husbands apart, finally the male monopoly is being challenged and being questioned as well..and this is what bothering Many of the old school people's..

With increasing number of security challenges, in front of these women's the laws which were meant to protect there representations or increase their participation is making them incapable of doing so, the crime rates are increasing and increasing only..!!

Women's participation in workforce are also declining, even the inheritance law couldn't help society change their minds.. boys are still their first choice, the age old sector the agricultural sector where their representation was quit significant has also generated negligible employment for them, they still have to compromise because of these old school reasons, yes the responsibilities, sexism faced in workplace, unequal wages, unsafe work environment, lack of creches, patriarchal mindset, mobility and finally the tacky one.. FAMILY HONOUR.

The recent trend of objectifying women's is touching heights, may it be the misogynistic comments of our so called cool cricket celebrity, PANDYA or anyone else.. womens have just being circumscribed to the fist of these mighty men's, you may go anywhere do anything, achieve anything, solve anything but at the end of everything there will be a men controling you, or instructing you.. and if that not happens intellectuals like above will come ahead and make you realise who you are.. and where your place is..!!

You have meant to sacrifice your dreams, your thoughts, your opinions, your life, your body everything..!!

We have came a long long way, from learning how to read, by hiding from our families, to now studying to make your parents proud, but then, things like this happens, comments like these are heard and you are pulled annoyingly from your dreamy pink sky to a heap of illogical myth's, may it be about you being a girl, or you bleeding those five days a month, and if nothing works, women's the pride of the family card comes into play..!!

You are and will always be a showpiece, or a sexually satisfying object and if more you could be a machine which produces babies, and just the way sita tried crossing the so called lakshman rekha and paid for it, if you tried crossing this line of control either you'll have to pay for it, or you'll end up being called a WHORE..!!

Ok now flipping the coin up and moving ahead, I'll not deny the fact that their status has upgraded, from fearing to step out of their House to roaring thorough the sky, or scaling the lofty mountains, diving deep beneath the sea they have did it all and obviously they were motivated either by their fathers, brothers, husband's, friends or anyone but that person was a male only...!!

This fact needs no clarification that as women's are behind a males success, there are series of males behind an independent women who trusted them, who motivated them and who always whispered into there ears that they can do it..!!

But comments like this are heartbreaking, and needs to be condemned..!! 

We no longer need to be a puppet, to few males and dance according to their fingers we can do anything we dream of.. and if it comes to decisions like divorce, and their numbers.. we shouldn't think twice before doing it, if it is suffocating you, its better to split then carrying on the burden of any relationship, even when you're not happy into it... So it's more of a maturity and the support or independence which is making these women's speak,what they feel aloud and step forward to even leave a man.. which is surely a big big deal..!!

It's better to lead a life alone then, resisting yourself from answering someone's slap with a slap..!! Move ahead and hit them so that there might falls into ground and they fear doing it again to any other women, you have done too many things whats a big deal in doing this..!!
