The Pollution Emergency

Delhi is not only the political capital of india but a city of daze,conjecture and new Genesis. The sprawling megacity have been off charts for that gigantic air pollution measurement, may it be the toxic smog on seasonal crop burns or that usual outrush of gases from vehicles.
Despite extremely treacherous levels of air pollution smothering delhi is creating gas chamber like situations still people's are on streets, Regardless of exasperated doctors who explained that it is harmful to walk around in the thik smog the pollution on it can spark asthma attacks,lungs and heart damage and sudden cardiac arrest.
The city had fully choked up and letting its citizens unable to breath properly, that viral twaddle in social networking sites is merely a trailer ,the air has been trounce and that particulate levels rosed to health spiking 75 times more then what considered to be safe by WHO,this condition is not only at delhi but whole north India..!!
however, the city has received the lion's share of attention.
Is it the time to change the unions capital from smog choked delhi to another place..?
because what could be anticipated from a govt. when it had left nations capital unliveable and it doesn't look like situation will get better in future,this is because govt. had not shown much perturbation for the pollution and they will surely not cz pollution isn't a political matter no one is going to slack election for not controlling it..!!
As you enter delhi what you see is CNG vehicles all around,people's are preferring metros then what is the cause of this grievous smog...?
- Is it the growing population
- Or that burning of crop stubble in   neighboring states of punjab and haryana
- Or the vehicular emission.

concluding simply by raising up an important question
Is the time came to seriously think of changing India's capital from delhi to somewhere else
or relocation from north to south,focusing unions development energies in south which might help change the perception of north being favoured and as a result will provide a clear and liveable city..

SUGGESTIONS: something like Tamil Nadu,this will help making hindi mandatory there and that small place is not so underdeveloped that it couldn't be the capital of the nation.
