an introvert with an undertone of extrovertism

मन तो वर्षों पहले बना लिया था, पर आज दिमाग़ में ये खयाल एक उपाय के रूप में आया है.. उपाय उस समस्या का जिससे मैं ,मुझसे जुड़े लोग कहीं ना कहीं हर समय जूझ रहे  हैं, "रोज़गार" जी हां.. एंटरप्रिन्योर बनना आज के ट्रेंडिंग कल्चर से खासा मेल खाता नज़र आता है, और इंजिनियर तो हूं ही तो बस अपना स्टार्टअप शुरू करना तो जैसे रगों में दौड़ता  ही  रहता है, पर इस आईडिया को मैं स्टार्टअप नहीं बल्कि परंपरा कहूंगी, जी हां मेरे दिमाग में ये खुराफात चल रही है के मैं एक बाबा बनाने का कोर्स शुरू करूं ट्रेनिंग दूं अपने दोस्तों के सााथ मिलकर, योग्य लोगों को खासतौर पर लड़कियों को, क्यूंकि जैसे बेटियां हर दिशा में अपना नाम रौशन कर रही हैं कभी कभी चिंता होती है, के बाबा वाले प्रोफेशन में इनकी गिनती कहीं कम ना रह जाए, यहां उनके हिस्सेदारी बराबर रखने कोई आरक्षण भी नहीं है..!! बाबा होना वैसे तो कोई आसान काम नहीं है, हर स्ट्रीम की तरह पहले जूझना यहां भी पड़ेगा, ऐसा नहीं होगा के बच्चे यहां से ट्रेनिंग लेकर निकले और नोट छापने लगे, पर हां नौकरी मिल जाएगी इसकी पूरी गारंटी ली जा सकती  हैं, क्यूंकि तथाकथ...

I have started writing this article with imagining or having two equally opposite images in my mind and we as women's somewhere co-relate with both of these images, the one of that bold Avani chaturvedi flying the fighter jet, or more recent the permanent commissioning of womens in armed forces and the other one being the remarks of few of the intellectuals whom i would rather call psudo intellectuals, number one being the RSS chief, saying "there are raising number of divorces now because with education and affluence comes arrogance, as a result families fall apart" and the other one being that remark by the so called Saint on menstruations.."saying if women's will cook food for their male counterparts while menstruating they'll become bitches", the moment I heard this statement my reaction was - well we already are...!! हर ज़बान की चर्चा का विषय, सरहद.. और शायद ये शब्द सुनते ही दिमाग़ में शोर शराबा, मार काट आ जाती होगी शायद हमने अब तक इसके यही मायने निकाले हैं..!! सरहदों ने कहीं काम बहुत आसान किया है, तो कहीं बहुत मुश्किल.. और जब मै मुश्किल कहती हूं तो हम हिन्दुस्तानियों से बेहतर इस बात को कौन समझ सकता है.. पर आज मैं जिस सरहद की बात करने वाली हूं या जिस जगह पर सरहद की बात करने वाली हूं वो अपने आप में ही एक अनोखा वाकया है, और इस बात पर ज़ोर देने के लिए मेरे पास तर्क तो नहीं पर एक गाना ज़रूर है जो मैं आपको आगे बताऊंगी,  हर साल ना जाने कितने ही पक्षी अपनी मिट्टी छोड़ कर या यूं कहूं के अपना देश छोड़ कर या अपनी सीमाओं, सरहदों को पार करके एक देश से दूसरे देश विचरण करते हैं, कितना अजीब है ना ये सोचना के उनके लिए कितना आसान होता है कहीं भी कभी भी चले जाना, पर यहां कभी भी को थोड़ा पीछे करना होगा क्यूंकि शायद ये पंछी भी पूरे साल अपनी छुट्टियों के महीने का इंतज़ार करते होंगे और अपना सामान, परिवार लिए कहीं और बसने, ढलने निकल पड़ते होंगे.. ना किसी पासपोर्ट की दिक्कत ना वीज़ा का चक्कर..!! चलिए कहीं ...

आजकल एक चर्चा बड़ी आम है, या यूं कहूं के इतिहास को कुरेदने की भरपूर मशक्कत चलती रहती है, और इस दौड़ में कोई पीछे नहीं है ना नेता और पत्रकारों का क्या ही कहें..! बहरहाल, कुछ साल पीछे जाएं तो हम पाएंगे के लोगों को एक अलग ही तरीके से अपनी चीजें मनवाने का सामान मिला था, इंटरनेट.. और 2014 के चुनाव में खासी भूमिका भी निभाई इस इंटरनेट ने.. क्या तबसे स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों की छवि धूमिल करने का चलन शुरू हुआ..?  चुनाव पहले भी होते थे, प्रतिद्वंदियों की जी भर के बुराइयां भी होती थीं पर इस तरह की नफरत नहीं होती थी जो अब के नेताओं के बीच है, मानो एक दूसरे का खून करना ही बांकी हो..!! इस डिजिटल समाज में जहां हर किसी को हर किसी से दिक्कत है, ऐसे में किसी भी सोच या विचार का लोगों में आम होना बहुत आसान बात है, क्या अब के नेता इसी बात का फायदा उठा रहे हैं..?  अपने बूते पर चुनाव ना लड़ कर इतिहास को बीच में घसीटना कहां तक उचित है, कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने वर्तमान में अच्छा ही काम करना चाहेगा, ये नहीं चाहेगा के देश के साथ बुरा किया जाए.. या मैं जिस तरह से कहना चाहती हूं, कहूं तो आप नेता अपने व...

पढ़ाई लड़ाई ज़िंदाबाद के नारे में सराबोर है देश, हर तरफ छात्र प्रदर्शन नजर आ रहे हैं.. बात  जेएनयू की फीस के बढ़ने से शुरू होते होते.. आईआईएमसी की फ़ीस की बढ़ोतरी तक गई..! तमाम सरकारी संस्थान जो कि टैक्स के पैसों से चलती है उनकी फीस बढ़ाई जा रही है बात यहां थी, तो फ़ीस पहले क्या थी अब क्या है का डाटा मैं नहीं दे रही पर हां सिक्षा आम आदमी के हाथों से दूर हो रही इसपर कुछ सहमत हो सकती हूं, आम कौन जिनकी पारिवारिक कमाई इन विश्वविद्यालयों की फीस से बहुत बहुत कम है.. क्या है ना अपने देश में दो तरह के गरीब हैं एक जो सच में गरीब हैं और दूसरे जिनको कागजों ने बना रखा है तो पूरे प्रदर्शन का सवाल यहां आकर अटक जाता है के क्यों ना सब्सिडी सिस्टम लाया जाए जो जरूरतमंद है उसे है सहयोग मिले ना की इस तरह की मुफ्तखोरी चलती रहे आप 25,000 रुपए देकर स्कूलों में पढ़ के आते हैं और चाहते हैं के 2,000 -4,000 में ग्रेजुएशन हो जाए तो ये तो संभव नहीं होगा,  ये लोग नाईक के जूते पहन लेते हैं, टाइटन की घड़ी मिल जाती है, पूमा की जैकेट मिल जाती है घर की काम कमाई में बस कॉलेज की फीस नहीं भरी जाती...

Witb elaborating all the drama and the seriousness of an engineer's life here we are at the end of the segment, where I'm also thinking what to write and what not to..how to conclude this..!! Well I shall begin with a sincere boy with a bag pack in his shoulders standing in front of his department having thousands of thoughts on his mind and extra burden of dreams.. willing to have a settled life.. Walks out after four years, either holding a joint in hand or cigarette in pocket.. with ten odd friends sorroundig him.. he barely cares about his future now, somewhere stuck into the college politics..  some of them are willing to have their own startups, business, and sone are heading airports to land in banglore.. because an engineer either gets placement from his college, or start to prepare for exams like CAT, GATE , or start to shift Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune..yes the IT hubs...!! And few courageous people Start to prepare for government exams either SSC, PSC, UPSC..bank PO a...

Again im going to stick to the serious topic will surely try not to get into the statistics to make it complex but yes will give a try to cover each and every aspects.. The campus and job ratio in these engineering Colleges... And that need not to be explained, the joblessness is huge, although job opportunities are also higher but it's either not satisfactory or something else, so what these people do.. the ones who didn't got any job and the ones who left it out of their dissatisfaction..!! Many start to prepare to fulfill their aspirations by joining coaching centers. Once accepted in an engineering college, they pack all their dreams and start to work towards their job goals. After the course of four years, when the reality kicks in, students realize the vicious cycle they have been caught in.
